D&A Designs

1.1 Booking and Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of  what is discussed based upon the service package we agree to is required to secure your booking. The deposit is applied towards the total cost of the service.

• Full payment is due upon D&A Designs 360 arrival of the event. If full payment is not received upon arrival, D&A Designs 360 reserves the right to cancel the booking, with the deposit forfeited.

1.2 Services Provided

• D & A Designs 360 will provide a 360 photo and video booth as detailed in the service package selected.

• The service includes setup, operation, and takedown of the booth. The duration of service is as specified in the package.

• Custom backdrops can be added at additional cost , props, and digital effects are included as per the chosen package.

1.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 2 days or more before the event will result in the loss of the non-refundable deposit.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 2 days before the original event date. Additional fees may apply.

1.4 Liability and Damage

• The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue allows for the setup and use of the 360 photo booth. Any damage to the booth or equipment caused by guests will be billed to the client.

• D & A Designs 360 is not liable for any issues arising from the venue's conditions or for any incidental damages.

1.5 Delivery and Setup

• Delivery and setup times will be coordinated with the client prior to the event. The client is responsible for ensuring adequate access and space for the setup of the booth.

3.1 Safety and Security

• Right to Terminate Service: D & A Designs 360 reserves the right to terminate services immediately and vacate the event premises if, in our sole discretion, we determine that the safety of our staff or equipment is compromised. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving violence, threats of violence, or unsafe conditions.

• No Refund Policy: In the event that services are terminated due to safety concerns or violent behavior, all payments made, including the non-refundable deposit and any additional payments, will be forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided under these circumstances.

• Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for ensuring a safe environment for our staff and equipment. This includes addressing any behavior or conditions that may pose a risk to the safety of our team or the integrity of our equipment.

• Notification and Documentation: D & A Designs 360 will, where possible, notify the client of any safety concerns before terminating services. However, the decision to cease services for safety reasons is at the sole discretion of D and A Designs and will be made to ensure the well-being of our staff and the protection of our equipment.

3.2 Liability

• Limited Liability: D & A Designs 360 is not liable for any costs, damages, or losses incurred by the client due to the termination of services for safety reasons. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless D and A Designs from any claims related to the cessation of services under these conditions.

4 Responsibility for 360 Photo and Video Booth:

• Client Liability: The Client agrees to take full responsibility for the care and security of the D&A Designs 360 Photo and Video Booth during the event. Any damage, loss, or theft of the booth while in the Client's care will be the sole responsibility of the Client.

• Payment for Damages: In the event of damage to or loss of the 360 Photo and Video Booth, the Client agrees to reimburse D&A Designs for the full cost of repair or replacement, as determined by D&A Designs in its sole discretion.

• Security Measures: The Client is required to take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and security of the 360 Photo and Video Booth at the event location. This includes providing adequate supervision and securing the booth when not in use.

• Notification of Incident: The Client must notify D&A Designs immediately in the event of any damage to or theft of the 360 Photo and Video Booth. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
